Week of 6/20-6/26
So, that week I was traveling, I didn't get much time to post and remunerate over the effects of being out and about. But I will post date this article so you will be none the wiser! I also was held captive for most meal choices, with lunches and dinner being provided at the Trade-show. This isn't a reason for my slipping up. It's still my fault for what I chose to eat. But, I had a hard time passing up swordfish one day and bison steak the next.
There is also the concern that air travel will make you retain water and feel a tad bloated. I didn't get to the hotel gym while I was out. I really wanted to weigh myself but never got around to it. I had a ton to do and little time to do it.
But either way my choices, and by extension my failures, are my own. Lets look at the chart:
