Week 5 in review.

A week late, but i will post date this so it look right. I am telling you this because I am an honest person.

This post is in review of June 6-12. The week I began Kung Fu.

I decided to let myself track without obsessing over the goal, lets look at the charts to see how well that went over.

So, There you have it. After a little over a month of focused hard work, I still haven't managed to make 10,000 steps an everyday thing. Being able to write this in hindsight, from the week after, changes the tone a bit.

But, This week got off track, and I knew it would. So next week should look amazing right? RIGHT? well, check out the next post.
