Hello all! So things are coming along. Here are the photos from my apps. again, I use WITHINGS HEALTH MATE on iOS as well as the MYFITNESSPAL iOS app. These two work beautifully together on my iPhone 5s. I also use the Withings Scale. one of the older models. I am planning on getting one of the new Smart Body analyzers as soon as I can afford it. So, without further ado here is my data from last week.

The goal of 10000 steps a day.
