Day 21: Refocusing


Hey, Been a week since I made a journal entry. You probably guessed it. I slipped up. I felt unmotivated, Lazy, and a little depressed. I didn't go to the gym, I didn't even step on the scale for 5 days. I really screwed up. Yet, Since I forced myself to keep logging my meals, I saw the pattern return, McDonalds Steak egg and Cheese Bagel, Sonic Sausage Toaster, Donuts, and even a freaking Dr. Pepper. Fortunately it was spread out over the week long lapse.

I am refocusing, I started being more selective with my meal choices, and Made it to the Gym last night, completed 50 mins of cardio. 15 mins on the Elliptical at a moderate pace for 1 mile. 30 mins on the Treadmill with 1.5 incline at 2.0MPH for 1 mile, and 5 mins on the Bike at brisk pace for 1 mile.
